Wiley Creative Works is a handmade cards website.
Card making is an art. Sure, you can purchase a store bought card or print something quick off the computer using a greeting card software program, but that "hands on touch" is missing. A person feels extra special when they receive a card that was crafted by hand; using cardstock, rubber stamps, dies, markers, colored pencils, brads, eyelets, ribbon, etc. I get so much joy when I present one of my handmade cards to someone, knowing that they are liking what they see and wondering, "How did you do this?"
I admit, sometimes it can take me days to complete one card. But that is because I put my "all" into creating just the right card for that particular person. And in the end, it is well worth all the time and effort that went into creating that perfect card. I enjoy seeing what was just a piece of paper turn into a creative work of art.
